Recently I made candied pecans on the stovetop, and it’s my new favorite way to make them. It’s so quick and easy we’ll never have to buy them from the store again!

Ingredients for Stovetop Candied Pecans without Egg
Pecan halves
Coconut sugar – This is my favorite natural granulated sweetener. However, you could use brown sugar or white sugar instead.
Spices – Use quality spices without additives for the best taste. Mountain Rose Herbs is my favorite affordable source for organic, premium spices.
Vanilla extract
Salt – Sea salt or Himalayan
Water
How to Make Stovetop Candied Pecans without Egg
In a medium saucepan, stir together the coconut sugar, spices, vanilla, salt, and water over medium heat.
Continue heating, stirring frequently, until the mixture begins to bubble.
Next, stir in the pecans.
Continue to stir the mixture frequently until the pecans have been coated with all of the sugar mixture and there is hardly any at the bottom of the pan.
Spread out the pecans on parchment paper and let them cool completely before breaking them apart.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.

Instructions
- In a saucepan, stir together the coconut sugar, spices, vanilla, salt, and water over medium heat.
