One of my favorite things about summer is all the fruit recipes. I look forward all year to making things like blueberry oat crisp, blackberry banana muffins, and blueberry cheesecake Dutch baby with fresh, healthy ingredients.
Watermelon has always been my favorite fruit. I used to eat it plain, but a few years ago my husband convinced me to add lime juice, and the combination was perfect. When I made this watermelon juice, I knew lime had to be the “secret” ingredient, adding just the right touch to this refreshing drink.

Step 2: Then use an immersion blender to blend it all together until it’s smooth. To avoid making a mess, use minimal, slow movements while blending.
