Expert tip: To get the full nutritional benefit from this blend, don’t rush the steeping process. I’ve made it part of my evening routine so it has plenty of time to infuse and is ready to enjoy the next morning.

When to Drink Pregnancy Tea

Many conventional medical providers don’t recommend drinking NORA tea until at least the first trimester is over and some suggest waiting until the third trimester. Most midwives recommend drinking it by the time you get to 16 weeks of pregnancy.

As with all health supplements during pregnancy, always speak to your medical provider before drinking NORA tea during pregnancy.
