  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, spices, and salt.
1 cup plain yogurt, Zest and juice from 1/2 lemon, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, Dash of cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cover and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to rest.
  • Enjoy as a condiment with your favorite dishes!

Notes

  •
  • Plain full-fat yogurt or Greek yogurt both work well in this sauce. If you're dairy-free, you can use plain coconut milk yogurt
  • If you prefer using fresh dill, use twice the amount called for if you were using dried dill.
  • At least 30 minutes of rest time is essential for the flavor to develop. For optimal taste, let it rest overnight.
