Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
Spread the cashews on a large baking sheet and sprinkle the oil, spices, and salt over them.
Toss to evenly coat the nuts and spread them evenly across the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Remove the cashews from the oven and let cool completely before eating or storing them
