Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups raw cashews halved or whole
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
  • Spread the cashews on a large baking sheet and sprinkle the oil, spices, and salt over them.
  • Toss to evenly coat the nuts and spread them evenly across the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  • Remove the cashews from the oven and let cool completely before eating or storing them
