Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil cold
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the oat flour, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and salt.
  • Using a pastry blender, cut in the coconut oil until the mixture resembles course crumbs.
  • Sprinkle it evenly across the top of any fruit pie and bake according to the pie recipe.

Notes

Substitutions:
  • Can substitute butter for the coconut oil
  • Can substitute brown sugar for the coconut sugar
