Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat yogurt or thick non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup granola

Instructions

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the yogurt over the parchement paper in a thin layer approximately 1/4 inch thick.
    2 cups full-fat yogurt
  • Sprinkle the fruit and granola evenly across the top of it.
1 cup berries, 1/3 cup granola
  • Cover and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours to harden.
  • Cut or break the yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Thick, rich yogurt makes the best yogurt bark. You can use regular full-fat yogurt, Greek yogurt, or a thick dairy-free yogurt.
  • You can store yogurt bark in the freezer for 2-3 months. Keep in mind, however, that the longer it's stored, the fewer live active cultures it will contain.
